We offer refunds for our products and services under the conditions described below.

Card and Alipay payments

The remaining balance on your account can be refunded only if the account is permanently closed. If KYC verification is required and not successfully completed, no funds will be refunded, even if the account is closed.

Cryptocurrency payments

The remaining balance on your account can be refunded only if the account is permanently closed. If KYC verification is required and not successfully completed, no funds will be refunded, even if the account is closed. Refunds for cryptocurrency payments are processed within 3 calendar days.

Failure to deliver products or services

If we fail to deliver the products or services that you purchased, you are entitled to a full refund of the affected order.

Full refunds: Bandwidth-limited proxies

If a proxy plan is limited by bandwidth and no more than 20% of the originally purchased bandwidth has been used, we may issue a full refund. This applies to a single proxy purchase and not subsequent orders.

Full refunds: Time-limited proxies

If a proxy plan is limited by time and is currently active, we may provide a full refund within 3 days from the initial purchase date. After this period, refunds are not available, as continued usage indicates that the service is being delivered properly.

Auto-renewed proxies

Refund requests for auto-renewed proxies must be submitted within 24 hours from the renewal. If you experience issues with your proxies, please contact our support team within this timeframe.

Technical competency

We are not responsible for teaching clients, developers, or third parties how to use our services. Lack of technical knowledge or configuration skills is not a valid reason for a refund.

Refund request time limits

Refund requests submitted after the time limits described above, including the 24-hour limit for auto-renewals, are not eligible.

Activities not eligible for refunds

  • Survey, gambling, or dating websites and platforms
  • Social media account blocks (Facebook, X, Reddit, TikTok)
  • Any activities described in our Appropriate Use Policy
